  • All minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

  • Wear loose comfortable clothing e.g. pants that can be rolled up to the knees and shirt that can be rolled up to the elbows.

  • Have a light meal or snack prior to treatment.

  • Avoid drinking alcohol.

What to Expect From First Visit

Your first appointment will last approximately 1.5 hours and it includes both your consultation and treatment.

Amount of Treatments Needed

It depends on the chief complaints, the complexity of the conditions, and how the patient responds to treatments.

First Consultation Preparation

Bring a list of medications, copies of blood work, and medical reports, if available.

Patients react differently to acupuncture treatments. Some may feel immediate relief once treatment ends, others may feel relief in the next few days or weeks. As each of you is unique, so will your healing process.
