1) Check your herbal medicine cabinet
You should at least have one or two of the following herbs/ supplements i.e. Immuplex, Echinacea Premium, Congaplex, Astra C or Clear Air.
2) Stock up on essentials oils
The must-haves are Peppermint, Breathe Again roll on, R,C. Thieves and Wintergreen.
3) Exercise daily
Do at least 30-40 minutes of exercise daily. Get off the couch and stop binge watching Netflix.
4) Hydrate wisely
Stay off caffeine. Drink up on water or herbal teas. Start the day with 1 tablespoon of Apple Cider Vinegar in warm water and honey to help lubricate the GI tract.
Try and get at least 8 hours of sleep. If possible, reward yourself with afternoon power naps. Listen to soothing meditative music to help you relax. Set your phone on airplane mode.
